           The Central government is working on a programme 'Bal Sansad' to develop life skills in children like planning, decision making and participation of children in all activities including management of the school, Union HRD minister Smriti Irani said on Monday.

           In a written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha, Irani said that guidelines of the programme, once finalised will be shared with states and UTs.
